  1. Hello!!!
I was able to create customized form using Visual Studio. Thanks to Mariano.
For my .Net project I am using thirdparty controls like Grid, Textbox etc called devExpress.com, but I am not able to add it in Dynamics GP templates. When I try to add it throw error called- "Athe assembly reference "devExpress.Data.v13.1" could not be added to the project. This Wizard will continue to run but the resulting project may not build properly".
FYI- I am using Visaul Studio 2010 and GP 2010.
How can I used thirdparty controls in my Projects.
    Expert any advice?
    Thanks
    Sandip

  2. VS Tools for GP Database Trigger to create or re-create same from Dex -Trigger_RegisterByDatabaseName()
How can we do this in VS Tools for GP? I'm upgrading some old Dex code that has this trigger and I want to move all events over to .Net. I tried to expand the ISV code to the table and similarily create a local much like I would for a Form or Window trigger. I don't see how, at this time, that I can create VS Tools triggers on tables in a third party or DynGP dictionary. Thoughts?

  3. Rick,
Unfortuantely that didn't happen for GP 2010/2013.  Not sure what will happen for GP14 (next release).
In order to do this, you'd have to add the Continuum db triggers for this piece.  Which is a drag.
