Merry Christmas 2016 and a Happy New Year 2017

David Meego - Click for blog homepageI have been very busy the last few months working on the next build of GP Power Tools (Build 22) and so have not been posting much on the blog. I am extremely excited about the new release as the development almost complete. More details will follow.

However, today’s post is to wish everyone in the community a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

The last year has been very hard work, but also very rewarding.

I had a fantastic time on my Epic Trip for reIMAGINE 2016 and GPUG Summit 2016 as well as the two Dexterity training classes I ran in between the conferences in Mexico City and Tampa.  Thank you to everyone involved and to the Dynamics GP community.

To share something about Christmas in Australia, I thought you might enjoy this Twelve Days of Christmas Facebook post from the Western Australian Department of Parks and Wildlife.

As you know, Christmas falls in the Australian summer, so here is one of my favourite music artists, Kylie Minogue (with guest appearance by her sister Dannii), explaining that it is still possible to celebrate Christmas when it is 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38C) or above.

For Kylie’s entire Christmas show from 2015 at the London’s Albert Hall, check out the following video which I really enjoyed watching. This video also includes a live version of the 100 Degrees. See the description for the track list.

Thanks for your support in 2016, see you in 2017.

Email Signature Christmas
