Thanks for the very positive feedback I am receiving for GP Power Tools Build 22. It seems like the new features and enhancements are being appreciated by the Microsoft Dynamics GP community.
Make sure you try out Deny Based Security and Window Position Memory as these are features every Dynamics GP customer can use.
This is just a quick note to let you know that the original Build 22 release (Last Modified: 23-Feb-2017) has been updated with a hotfix (Last Modified: 08-Mar-2017).
This new build fixes the issue we discovered with the ACTIVITY table having cross database triggers on it. It also fixes a couple of issues discovered with the Window Position Memory feature.
Here is the change log:
- Fixed handling of all custom triggers on SY_Current_Activity table for Database Validation window.
- Fixed Window Position Memory to remove “Syntax Error: Local.” issue when opening windows from Smartlist.
- Fixed Window Position Memory restoring last position whenever window is restarted. Now only works when window is first opened.
Please re-download and install this update to avoid the issues mentioned.
