Great Vic Bike Ride 2019 – Day 2 | Robe – Millicent (79 kilometres)

David Meego - Click for blog homepageAs mentioned on my article Great Vic Bike Ride 2019 – Where is David? He is riding the Great Ocean Road, my wife Jennifer and I are off on an adventure cycling with 5,000 other like minded people across the beautiful south coast of Australia.

Jennifer will be riding a road bike tandem as pilot along with our vision impaired friend Meredith as stoker, and I will be supporting them as domestique on my single bike.

Below is an excerpt from the ride page located here for today’s section:

We’ll ease into the first day on the bike with a relatively flat ride, hugging the coastline on the way to Millicent. Keep an eye out for Lake Saint Clair and be sure to take the time to explore the small coastal town of Beachport on your way.

The ride stops at Millicent overnight with plenty to see and do – the Millicent Swimming Lake is sure to be a favourite spot to cool off.
