As at the 01-Oct-2020 Winthrop Development Consultants is changing its internal business structure. There will be almost no external changes, all the people, contact details, addresses and phone numbers remain the same.
We will be changing from
- Winthrop Dexterity Consultants Pty Ltd (ACN: 066 742 452) as trustee for The D & J Musgrave Family Trust (ABN: 99 549 336 945) trading as Winthrop Development Consultants
to
- Winthrop Development Consultants Pty Ltd (ACN: 643 065 114, ABN: 68 643 065 114) trading as Winthrop Development Consultants
Australian partners and customers will need to change the Australian Business Number (ABN) and bank account details only.
- Partners: New bank details are available from the Partner Portal.
- Customers: Please contact us if you pay via direct bank deposit.
United States partners and customers can obtain a new W8-BENE declaration tax form, if required.
- Partners: New US tax form is available from the Partner Portal.
- Customers: Please contact us if you need the new form forwarded.
Our US Bank and PayPal (for credit card payments) details remain the same.
We are still Winthrop Development Consultants and everything else will remain the same, the same great products, the same great service and the same great logo.
All existing agreements (such as Master Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc.) will be transferred and remain valid.
